Karen Farkas joined M&M Pension Service Co., Inc. in 1983 prior to joining Katz Zlotnick & Associates. Karen provides client’s with guidance on plan design, controlled group concerns, IRS audits, and matters of compliance. In addition, has direct responsibilities to over seeing the firms defined benefit plans.
 
Karen received her Master of Science degree from St. John’s University. She continues to expand her technical knowledge by attending pension conferences and workshops throughout the year sponsored by major pension organizations such as the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries, New York Benefits Council, Corbel, etc.
