A principal of the firm, Mr. Zlotnick is a recognized speaker in the area of employee fringe benefits for closely held businesses.  Mr. Zlotnick's writings have been published by various journals and periodicals. 

Mr. Zlotnick has earned the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) professional designation, awarded by the Center for Fiduciary Studies, which is associated with the University of Pittsburgh's Center for Executive Education.  He has received formal training in investment fiduciary responsibility.  Mr. Zlotnick has also been an invited guest speaker at the New York Stock Exchange.

He holds a B.S. in Finance from Old Dominion University and has received the professional designation of Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Registered Health Underwriter (RHU) and Registered Employee Benefits Consultant (REBC).  Mr. Zlotnick has been in the industry since 1983, where he has worked for major brokerage firms, benefit firms, and closely held businesses.
